Sarah Carson

A Maine native, Sarah was born and raised in Central Maine in the small town of Waterville. After graduating from the University of Maine at Orono with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism, she moved to the Portland area where she and her family lived for 15 years. A Maine native, Sarah was born and raised in Central Maine in the small town of Waterville. After graduating from the University of Maine at Orono with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism, she moved to the Portland area where she and her family lived for 15 years. The desire to be closer to family recently brought Sarah back "home" to Central Maine, where she now currently resides with her family, servicing Kennebec County and sitting in the Lakepoint at Portside office in Belgrade Village.

Prior to Real Estate, Sarah worked in the corporate banking industry, where she helped consumer and small business clients achieve their financial goals. She obtained her Sales Agent License in 2016, working at The Maine Real Estate Network in Gorham- and when the opportunity presented itself, she joined a top producing real estate team in October of 2017 as one of their Buyer Agents.  Sarah held this role for 4 years- gaining valuable experience.  In September of  2021, Sarah joined Portside Real Estate Group in Falmouth as an independent agent.  Since 2022, Sarah has helped more than 55 families through the home buying and selling process, with more than 30 million in sales volume, putting her in the top 20% of her company.  She has a strong commitment to building lasting relationships, dedication to superior representation, and a passion for helping families through the home buying and selling process.

Sarah currently resides in Belgrade with her husband, Dustin, 4-year-old daughter, Georgia, and their Maine Lab Rescue dog Kona.   She enjoys spending time at their camp on Great Pond in Belgrade, entertaining and taking in everything that our beautiful state has to offer.
