Real estate is unique in that each transaction is different. I enjoy helping sellers get the best price for selling their home and finding buyers the right home that fits their needs along with developing relationships with my clients. It can be a complicated process, especially for someone who has never bought a home, and working with a Broker is very beneficial.
As long as I have been in real estate, I think owning a home is one of the best investments one can make. Maine has so much to offer between the mountains, lakes, and the coast. I chose to place my license at Lakepoint Real Estate in Belgrade Lakes because it has a small business feel but with big business benefits for both for the client and myself. It is also located between the two places I love, Sugarloaf and the coast of Maine in Harpswell and Brunswick. The other reason is my grandson!My family just bought the old Rome Farm just outside Belgrade, another great community, where they are starting a farm. I look forward to seeing their progress and buying the fresh fruits and vegetables they will be selling.
