In 1988, Pat saw an advertisement in The New York Times about a lakefront camp for sale in the Belgrade Lakes Region and he has been here ever since. A native Mainer, he was drawn back by the area’s natural beauty and friendly people. A graduate of the University of Maine and a Coast Guard veteran, he enjoys working with people to find their dream whether a lakeside cottage or a home in the country side.

Pat has built and sold numerous homes in the area and is well versed in both residential design and the local shore land building requirements. The health of our lakes is a major factor in our local economy and quality of life. He is on the Board of the Belgrade Lakes Association and Belgrade Regional Conservation Association, both groups working with the community to ensure the next generation has this wonderful place.
